Dr. Angelo Rizzo is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, who received his Bachelor of Science degree from Quinnipiac University, his Master of Medical Science degree in Orthopedic Physical Therapy from Emory University’s School of Medicine, and his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the Evidence in Motion Doctoral Program in Louisville, Ky.
After working almost exclusively in the area of orthopedics and sports physical therapy for 25 years, Dr. Rizzo founded Therapeutic Solutions, Inc. Physical Therapy and Lymphedema Clinic in 1994 that combines orthopedics and sports physical therapy with a unique niche practice of oncology rehabilitation. This latter program is designed to add quality of life to cancer survivors during and after cancer treatments. Therapeutic Solutions is the only certified lymphedema clinic in Rockdale and Newton counties. It is the first private physical therapy practice in Ga., primarily devoted to the prevention, elimination, or reduction of physical and psycho-social impairments of cancer treatments in Conyers, Ga.
Dr. Rizzo is a former president of the Ga. Chapter of the National Osteoporosis Foundation (NOF), and former vice president of the Oncology Section of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
He is a local, regional, and national speaker and educator to the public, cancer support groups, and medical and oncology communities on the important role of physical therapy and exercise as an integral component of cancer treatment during and after cancer surgery, chemotherapy, radiation therapy and transplant.
He has just celebrated his 23-year anniversary as a leukemia survivor.

Briana received her Associates of Applied Science in Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Pima Medical Institute in 2016. Practicing in personal injury care Briana discovered her passion for manual therapy. In 2020 Briana received her massage therapy license from Elaine Sterling Institute located in Atlanta, GA. She recently became a certified manual lymphatic drainage Practitioner. Her interest include orthopedics, sports rehabilitation, lymphedema and oncology. She has a passion for helping people increase their quality of life through physical and massage therapy.
